Enable/disable Shutdown Button in windows xp

In the run type regedit->ok->navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer->Create a new Dword value with the name: NoClose->Set its Value 0 for Enabling Shutdown and 1 for Disabling Shutdown.
